Currently, CalculateGenerate.com does not require user accounts or registration to access its primary services. Should we introduce account features in the future, specific terms regarding account creation, security, and termination will be provided.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. DMCA Copyright Policy

CalculateGenerate.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly provided to our designated Copyright Agent.

10.1. Notification of Infringement

10.2. Counter-Notification

10.3. Repeat Infringers

It is the policy of CalculateGenerate.com to terminate the user accounts of repeat infringers.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Berlin germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in Berlin, Germany , in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (or equivalent international body if applicable), excluding any rules or procedures governing class actions. The prevailing party in any arbitration or other legal action shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

For users outside of Berlin, these terms are subject to applicable international laws and treaties. We aim to resolve disputes amicably, but if necessary, the above arbitration clause will apply.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Site.
